The first graders used the Coding Mice from our classroom and the MakerSpace to practice coding. They helped the parent animals find their offspring, as we learned in science.

North Central Thunder ended their football game with a loss last Friday to Ipswich.
Both JV and Varsity volleyball lost to Warner. JV lost in 2 and Varsity lost in 3 this past Saturday.

2nd grade is learning about changing matter in science class. They used a variety of materials to build bridges.
Last week the 8th graders had been discussing the environmental impact of plastics and how long they last in a landfill. They created an environmentally safe plastic made from starch.
The 7th graders recently experimented with different kids of chips to calculate the calories. The 7th graders liked this lab because they were allowed to have fires in school.
Tomorrow, Thursday October 14th, the lunch menu has changed to Chili and Cinnamon Rolls. As food shortages continue nationwide, we may have to change menu's from time to time. We will get the information out as soon as possible when we have a menu change. Thank you.
