The YTC track meet on Thursday has been moved to 12:30 PM to be held in Onida. The pole vault competition will be held at 12:00 PM at Gettysburg. At 12:30 PM in Onida all other field events will begin and at 2:00 PM the running events will start.

All track meets for the remainder of the week have been cancelled. This includes tomorrow in Onida, Friday in Eureka, and Saturday in Lemmon. We are planning to attend a middle school track meet in Gettysburg on Monday, April 24th starting at 12:00 PM. We are also holding out hope to put together a golf meet in Eureka at some point next week weather permitting. Thank you.

North Central Thunder Girls Basketball Camp for Grades 4-8 The North Central Thunder girls program will be putting on a camp for girls in grades 4-8 on June 19-21 at the Bowdle School gym from 9AM - 11:30AM. The girls coaches along with the high school players will put on the camp and all proceeds go towards the high school girls basketball program. The cost is $40. Early registration deadline is May 26th. Last day to turn forms into school office is May 15th. Please read the form for more information! NC Girls BB Camp
Here is an update from the school. The School Board has decided due to the amount of snow days we've experienced this year, that we will be adding two days of school on May 18th and May 19th. May 17th will become a full day of school along with May 18th. May 19th will be a 12:00 PM dismissal. In addition, the Kid Carnival has been scheduled for Friday, May 5th starting at 6:00 PM. Finally, the track meets on Thursday and Friday this week have been cancelled along with the track meet in Ipswich on April 22nd. We are looking for a different option for the meet on April 22nd.

North Central to Host Pacesetter Basketball Camp in Eureka July 10-12 Eureka schools will host a Pacesetter Basketball Camp for all girls entering grades 5-12 and all boys entering grades 7-12 Monday-Wednesday, July 10-12 at the Eureka School gym. All area school athletes are invited to attend. All girls entering grades 9-12 will meet from 9:00-11:30 a.m., all girls entering grades 5-8 will meet from12:00-2:00 p.m. and all boys entering grades 7-12 will meet from 2:00-4:30 p.m. daily. Space is limited, so families are encouraged to register as soon as possible. Players registered by May 15 will receive a free camp t-shirt. All players will receive a strong program of teaching. The Pacesetter “Fundamentals for Champions” program stresses a solid foundation of instruction, followed by drills to simulate game situations, and games to help develop the skills into a habit. Pacesetter Sports is the Midwest leader in providing high-quality, low-cost programs. The Pacesetter staff is comprised of former state champions, college coaches, or highly successful high school coaches who love teaching basketball to young people. Good evening. We have a lot of things going on tomorrow so I wanted to send out a reminder of what is all planned. First of all, the School Board Election will be taking place from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM in the gym lobby. Also, the track and field and golf teams have their pictures tomorrow after school. In addition, the Large Group Recital will take place at 7:30 PM in the gym. Please use the North door for entrance so the election workers can finish their counting in the lobby. Finally, we have a School Board meeting starting at 8:00 PM.
