I just spoke with MDU, electricity should be on at any moment. We are planning a regular start time for today. We understand some will be a little late due to electricity being out. Please get to school as close to normal as possible. Thank you

Due to the planned power outage, the Eureka School District will be shutting down all technology around 5:00 PM. This means the fitness center will be shut down from approximately 5:00 PM - 9:00 AM in the morning. Thanks,

The Foundations of Technology class have been learning about stop motion and how computer animated movies are created. They learned the history in the making of "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and how Disney "Frozen" came to be. Did you know it took 70 years before Frozen got into production and it too over 600 people and 2.5 years to make? The class also learned different roles in creating an animated movie and were able to apply it to their own stop motion assignment. They learned movie effects and editing that they can add to make their movie more real like. The groups had to create their own Halloween stop motion video.
